Marci's Real Estate Philosophy

My experience includes over 12 years as a Realtor as well as 2 years in financial advisement. I look forward to providing the honesty, dedication, and results you expect for such an important part of your family’s life – your home.

My performance consistently puts me as a market-leader in the Buffalo area for real estate with multiple years as the top selling agent.

You can expect outstanding service and delivery of a smooth real estate process as I make note of the details for your situation and execute. You’ll find my pursuit of results to include honest answers, and to involve strong, proven marketing and technology, while I maintain continuous, interactive communication.

Success in real estate is about communication, numbers, negotiating and details.  You’ll find these areas to be my strengths and I look forward to working with you on your real estate needs.

Excellence From Start To Finish

One of my passions in life is athletics including running distance races and participating in triathlons. I have completed the Wisconsin Ironman, Chicago Marathon, Grandma’s Marathon in Duluth, The WhistleStop Marathon, Phoenix 1/2 Marathon, the Buffalo Triathlon, the Pigman Half Ironman, Heart of the Lakes Triathlon, LifeTime Triathlon as well as numerous other half marathons and shorter distances over the years.

In 2014 and 2015 I qualified for the USA Triathlon Age Group Nationals.

Every step of those challenging races counts in the overall goal and the same applies to your real estate experience with me.

Every detail and every ounce of experience I bring to your transaction matters from the time we start to the finish line of your desired result. A Marathon, Triathlon or Ironman takes dedication and that same dedication is what you get when working with me. I look forward to the opportunity to work with you.
